Oh yes, there are different mask or different skin types and challenges. Caring for your skin using facials and mask can help nourish it and keep your skin looking bright and youthful.

You've read about clay mask, hydrating mask and let's not forget those anti-aging and firming mask. The question becomes, how do you use them and which do you use on your skin? Let's take a look.

Clay Mask - Clays nourish, tone and exfoliate your skin. They aid in removing oil, dirt, toxins and impurities from within the layers of your skin. There's French Green Clay that helps with skin problems such as acne. It helps in drawing out the oils. While it tones, nourishes and tightens it is not recommended for sensitive skin use.

Hydrating Mask - These mask soothe, nourish and add moisture to your skin. You'll find these mask as peel off's or your can rinse them off. The more moisture your skin has the better it will look and feel. Apricot fruit extract is often used in hydrating mask. It contains vitamin A and C, iron, potassium, phosphorus and calcium. When used it soothes, moisturizer and regenerates your skin.

Anti-Aging Mask address wrinkles and the loss of firmness in your skin. Ingredients to look for are Honey, Apple fruit extract and Mango fruit extracts. Apple ruin extract contains anti aging properties and alphahydroxy acid. It helps in refining your skins texture and rejuvenates the cells. It's very beneficial for mature skin. Mango fruit extract is loaded with vitamin A,C ad beta carotene. It helps keep your skin flexible and you'll find it in a lot of anti aging products.

Chocolate and Strawberry Mask

.5 oz kaolin clay (your choice of kaolin)
.5 oz powdered milk
.5 oz honey powder
.2 oz cocoa powder
.2 oz yogurt powder
.2 oz strawberry fruit extract powder

When you're ready for a mask, mix 2 teaspoons of dry mixture with enough distilled water to make a nice paste. Let stay on for 10-15 minutes. That's it for this week. As always ...
